Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 13:00 CET will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 CET may be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 13:00 CET on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping and Delivery: All orders are shipped with a Track and Trace carrier. The expected transit time ranges from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the inventory location (China or the Netherlands). You will automatically receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped, as well as updates on any non-stock items.
Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us, followed by a tracking email from our shipping system.
