Products sold are backed by a standard factory warranty, unless stated otherwise. Products under factory warranty can be returned within one year after purchase date (is invoice date) for replacement with a new (or comparable) product.
SPIRE CORP MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT

RETURNS
When you purchase online you will have 30 days from purchase date to review the article but not use it. If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you can return it. The return is for your own account, we are not able to send a return label. Products which are returned must be provided with an RMA return form. You can also register your return online or request we send the RMA form by email. Fill out the RMA form, the return number is your order number and return the filled out form to us. Following you can ship the return to our office in The Netherlands. After return receipt, goods are checked for damage and / or other deviations. As soon as this process has been completed for 3 business days, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the credit for your purchase.
IMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that Spire corp Shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Spire corp has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
